DECONTAMINATION

CHAMBERS

HOGER decontamination chambers are designed for safe decontamination processes using hydrogen peroxide gas and for separating zones with different microbiological purity regimes.

The result of the decontamination process is the permanent neutralization of microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria and fungi, which may be present on materials and equipment introduced into the zone with controlled microbiological purity. High biocidal efficiency of decontamination processes conducted in HOGER chambers, expressed as a logarithmic reduction degree of the order of log6, is ensured by the integration of a high-performance hydrogen peroxide gas generator with a H2O2, RH% and temperature sensor guaranteeing full process control.

Decontamination process

  • process based on the biocidal properties of evaporated hydrogen peroxide
  • logarithmic reduction value of microorganisms to log6
  • method safe for electronic devices
  • full control over the process achieved thanks to the integration of the H2O2, RH% and temperature sensor

BOX BODY

  • made entirely of polished stainless steel
  • with dimensions adapted to process requirements and installation site requirements
  • tight construction: class III tightness according to ISO 10648-2
  • two-door construction (pass-through type) or single-door
  • threshold-free construction facilitating the introduction of bulky items

Transfer doors

  • made of polished stainless steel
  • equipped with inspection windows made of safe, tempered glass
  • with dimensions adapted to process requirements
  • sealed with a pumped gasket and secured with an interlock system

Ventilation system

  • high system efficiency guaranteeing shortening of the chamber drying stage
  • connection adapted to the requirements of the installation site

Interlock system

  • blocking the possibility of opening the door during the decontamination process
  • blocking the possibility of opening two doors simultaneously
  • protecting against unauthorized opening of the door
  • protecting the clean zone against contamination

CONTROL SYSTEM

  • operation via intuitive HMI interface
  • control of decontamination process parameters
  • operation of pumped seals and interlock system
  • access to control panel functionality protected by password

We manufacture gloveboxes of our own design, which provide operators with safety during contact with harmful compounds, isolate sensitive materials from oxygen and moisture and protect the work environment from what is undesirable.
