BUTYL GLOVES
GSB SERIES made of isobutene-isoprene rubber
Chemical resistant The GSB series of gloves is highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including toxins and polar hydrocarbons such as acids, esters, ketones and amine derivatives.
Impermeable to gases GSB gloves are characterized by minimal permeability to gases, primarily oxygen, nitrogen and inert gases, which is particularly important when used in glove boxes operating in an ultra-pure inert gas atmosphere in processes such as the production of electronics, batteries or microcomponents.
Approved for contact with food Due to compliance with the CFR 21 §177.2600 regulation containing a list of materials approved by the FDA for contact with food, GSB gloves are also used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Flexible High haptic sensitivity increasing comfort of use is ensured by the appropriate flexibility of the rubber material used.

CSM GLOVES
GSC SERIES made of chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM)
Resistant to chemicals The GSC series of gloves is characterized by very good resistance to a number of chemical agents. Thanks to their high compatibility with acids and bases, these gloves are used when working with, among others, strongly oxidizing products, concentrated nitric and hydrochloric acids, ammonia, concentrated bases and alcohols.
Resistant to temperature and VHP Their good resistance to UV radiation, temperature up to 120 ºC and hydrogen peroxide gas allows GSC gloves to be subjected to sterilization and decontamination processes, essential in applications related to the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry.
Resistant to radiation High resistance to ionizing radiation ensures their durability during applications in the nuclear industry, which confirms the product’s compliance with the EN 421:2010 standard Gloves protecting against radioactive contamination and ion radiation.

EPDM GLOVES
GSE SERIES
Chemically resistant The GSE series of gloves is characterized by good chemical compatibility with most disinfectants used in production plants, including alcohols, as well as acids and bases.
Temperature resistant These gloves also demonstrate high resistance to the aging process and temperatures up to 130 ºC, which allows for their safe steam sterilization, commonly carried out, among others, in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Approved for contact with food The possibility of using the GSE series gloves in the pharmaceutical and food industries is also guaranteed by their compliance with the CFR 21 §177.2600 regulation, containing a list of materials approved by the FDA for contact with food.
Electrically conductive In turn, thanks to high electrical conductivity, their use on grounded glove ports allows for complete prevention of electrostatic adhesion of powder materials, which is confirmed by the declaration of product compliance with the EN 16350:2014 standard Protective gloves – electrostatic properties.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the properties, applications and maintenance of our products. If you have doubts about choosing the right gloves or need additional information, the answers below may be helpful. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the materials, and if you have any further questions, we are at your disposal!
Gloves are available in sizes M (8), L (9-10), and XL (11). The numerical values correspond to the circumference of the hand, measured in inches.
Measure the outer diameter of the glove port. To ensure the system’s tightness, choose gloves with a cuff diameter slightly smaller than the port diameter in the glovebox/isolator.
Available glove cuff diameters:
6 inches – 152 mm
7 inches – 178 mm
8 inches – 203 mm
9 inches – 229 mm
10 inches – 254 mm
12 inches – 305 mm
If you are not sure which gloves to choose, we are happy to help!
Ambidextrous gloves are universal and have the same, symmetrical hand shape. They are versatile in use – each glove can be worn on either the left or right port. Anatomical gloves, on the other hand, are more tailored to the natural shape of the hand, with the thumb positioned inward relative to the other fingers. Therefore, we distinguish right and left gloves.
Gloves should be stored in their original packaging to protect them from dirt, in a dry place, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Gloves should not be stacked or stored under heavy objects to prevent creases from forming.
A good laboratory practice, especially when multiple users are working in the glovebox, is to wear disposable powder-free or cotton gloves underneath the main glovebox gloves.
If the gloves become contaminated, you can wipe them with a cloth or gently wash them with water, avoiding strong detergents. It is important not to expose the gloves to mechanical damage, such as scrubbing or friction. They should be thoroughly dried before reuse. If the gloves have been severely contaminated or came into contact with hazardous substances, it is best to replace them. In some cases (with models made of EPDM), autoclave sterilization can be considered.
Yes, we offer gloves made of EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Rubber), which can be steam sterilized at 121°C in an autoclave.
Gloves are classified as consumable components, and the frequency of their replacement depends on several factors. According to general recommendations, preventive replacement of gloves is advised no less than every 6–10 months, even if a visual inspection does not indicate visible damage. A visual inspection of the gloves should be performed daily before starting work, and if even minor defects are detected, they should be replaced. Remember, gloves may affect your safety or the success of your experiments conducted in the glovebox. Regular replacement is crucial for maintaining hygiene, laboratory safety, and the protection of sensitive materials. It is also important to have a spare pair to ensure continuity of work in case the gloves are accidentally damaged.
Safe glove replacement is possible thanks to a specially designed cover that seals the glove port during the replacement process. With this cover, you don’t have to worry about compromising the cleanliness of the working atmosphere or the release of hazardous materials into the environment. More information about this solution can be found in the Accessories section.
Gloves from the GSE (EPDM) and the GSB (butyl) series comply with the FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulation issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and can be used in contact with food/medications.
We manufacture proprietary glove boxes that ensure operator safety when in contact with harmful compounds, isolate sensitive materials from oxygen and moisture, and protect the work environment from undesirable elements.
