OPERATOR PROTECTION
The HOGER product or operator protection isolator line has been designed to ensure the highest level of safety when working with sensitive or hazardous materials. The key parameter of the system is high tightness, corresponding to class I or II according to ISO 10648-2, which, by guaranteeing full isolation of the work environment, minimizes the risk of leakage of hazardous substances and protects the sensitive product from contamination. Additional protection is provided by an active working pressure control system, which constantly monitors and maintains the appropriate level of pressure inside the box, preventing uncontrolled leakage.
The system is complemented by an effective HEPA filtration system, which effectively removes particles and dust that could threaten the health of the operator or the protected product. All these solutions make HOGER gloveboxes a reliable choice for applications requiring the highest standards of safety and protection of both the user and the product.
Additionally, it is possible to expand the system with additional filters, adapting the unit to the specific needs of the user.

The inflatable seal in HOGER isolators guarantees reliable tightness, ensuring process protection and operator safety in accordance with the highest standards.

Glove ports in a round or oval shape, made of a material adapted to the processes carried out in the box.
SAFETY ISOLATOR
The safety isolator is an advanced solution designed for work with harmful materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), which requires the highest level of operator and environmental protection. The device offers automatic negative pressure control, which ensures stable isolation conditions, and turbulent airflow, which guarantees effective removal of contaminants. Monitoring of environmental parameters allows for ongoing control of conditions inside the isolator, and high tightness, in accordance with ISO 10648-2 tightness class 1, minimizes the risk of leakage of hazardous substances.
Additionally, the isolator can be equipped with an integrated CIP washing system, facilitating thorough and safe cleaning of the interior, and a safe filter replacement function, which eliminates the risk of contact with contaminants during maintenance. Thanks to these functions, the isolator meets the highest protection standards in demanding pharmaceutical and chemical processes.
Class III Microbiological Safe Work GLOVEBOX
The Class III microbiological safety glovebox has been designed to provide the highest level of protection for the operator, the environment and research processes when working with dangerous pathogens, in accordance with the requirements of the BSL 1-4 biosafety regime. It is an indispensable solution in microbiological laboratories, research centres and medical institutes, where work with high-risk biological agents requires maximum precision and safety.
The device is equipped with an advanced automatic negative pressure control system, which maintains a constant level of -200 Pa. Thanks to this, the interior of the glovebox remains isolated from the environment, and all dangerous microorganisms are effectively retained inside, preventing them from escaping to the outside. Turbulent air flow, with the number of exchanges exceeding the required standards, ensures not only effective circulation, but also effective filtration, eliminating the risk of contamination both in the working environment and outside the box.
Additionally, the glovebox offers ongoing monitoring of environmental parameters, such as pressure, humidity and other key indicators, which allows full control over working conditions. The ergonomic design of the device allows for safe and comfortable work, and the possibility of integration with additional systems, such as VHP biodecontamination, allows for effective cleaning and sterilization of the workspace.

Aseptic Isolator
The aseptic isolator has been designed to provide a sterile environment of class A purity according to ISO 5, required for the production of sterile preparations and the implementation of aseptic processes. The system maintains an exceptionally clean atmosphere thanks to the use of laminar air flow at a speed of 0.45 m/s ± 20%, which guarantees an even distribution of sterile air inside the box. The air is filtered using advanced filters in the HEPA H14 or ULPA U15 class, which stop even the smallest contaminants and particles.
The isolator can operate both in underpressure, to protect the operator from hazardous substances, and in overpressure, which ensures optimal protection of the product from external contamination. The integrated system for monitoring environmental parameters allows for continuous control of key indicators, such as pressure, temperature and humidity, which guarantees stable working conditions.
The entire structure meets the requirements of class 1 tightness according to the ISO 10648-2 standard, ensuring excellent insulation. An additional advantage is the possibility of integration with the VHP biodecontamination system (vapor phase hydrogen peroxide), which allows for quick and effective sterilization of the inside of the isolator without the need to dismantle it. This solution is irreplaceable in demanding production processes, in which sterility and safety are an absolute priority.

The weighing isolator is an advanced device dedicated to the preparation of precise weighed powder materials, where safety, cleanliness and process accuracy are of key importance. The device provides automatic control of underpressure or overpressure in the box and antechamber, while maintaining a pressure cascade, which guarantees isolation and protection of both the operator and the product. Thanks to the use of turbulent air flow, the isolator effectively reduces the risk of contamination, maintaining stable conditions in the workspace.

The isolator meets the requirements of class 2 tightness according to ISO 10648-2, ensuring high reliability and protection against uncontrolled leaks of powder materials. The built-in CIP washing system allows for thorough and effective cleaning of the interior, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination and ensuring ease of maintaining hygiene.
Additionally, the isolator’s workspace has been designed with ergonomics and cleanliness in mind – rounded edges and corners facilitate thorough cleaning, eliminating places where contaminants could settle. The special anti-vibration system of the weighing station eliminates interference during weighing, guaranteeing high precision even with very small amounts of material.
