We are pleased to announce the expansion of our product range with a new, precise moisture concentration sensor, designed for applications requiring close monitoring of humidity levels. This device provides significant support for laboratories, R&D departments, and industrial plants operating in controlled atmosphere environments, especially with materials sensitive to even trace amounts of water vapor.
The new HOGER moisture sensor is based on a proven electrolytic sensor that measures water vapor concentration in a range of 0 to 1000 ppm (with the option to customize the range upon request). With a reading resolution of 0.1 ppm, the sensor allows for accurate moisture level assessment even in environments with very low water particle concentrations.
The sensor has been fully integrated with HOGER’s glovebox systems, allowing users to continuously monitor moisture levels without having to open the glovebox or interrupt the process. This is particularly important when working with:
- chemical materials susceptible to hydrolysis,
- laboratory samples that require dry atmospheric conditions,
- pharmaceutical or electronic substances whose quality depends on the microclimate.
The sensor’s high measurement precision and resistance to harsh operating conditions make the device suitable for both laboratory and industrial environments. Using a humidity sensor in gloveboxes significantly increases process control and improves the repeatability of results. The user gains the ability to immediately respond to changes in conditions inside the isolator, minimizing the risk of damage to sensitive materials and enabling cost optimization.

The device is available in various mounting and configuration options – it can operate as a standalone module or as part of an integrated atmosphere control system. At HOGER, we understand the importance of precision, reliability, and repeatability in modern technological processes. Our new humidity sensor addresses the specific needs of specialists who work daily in dry, clean environments that require strict control of process gas parameters.
