New Project for JTI Polska – Isolator for Working with Concentrated Nicotine Solution
We are pleased to present our latest project – an advanced glovebox (isolator), designed and manufactured specifically for JTI Polska, one of the leading manufacturers of tobacco products on the market. This is another example of our commitment to providing solutions that combine the highest safety standards with functionality and reliability.
The isolator was designed for safe work with concentrated nicotine solution – a highly toxic substance requiring special care. A key goal of the project was to create a work environment that completely separates the operator from contact with the active substance. The device is equipped with a high-efficiency HEPA class H14 air filtration system, ensuring the effective capture of even the smallest particles. Additionally, an active vacuum control system ensures safe conditions are maintained in the working chamber regardless of the situation. The structure’s tightness has been tested according to rigorous standards, allowing for complete control over the atmosphere inside the isolator.
During the design phase, we also placed significant emphasis on ergonomics. By analyzing operator movements and optimizing the workspace, the isolator enables comfortable and precise work even during prolonged use. The carefully planned layout of controls, intuitive operation, and easy access to servicing are just some of the advantages of our design.
