HOGER GLOVEBOX AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SILESIA

We are proud to announce the completion of another project for the research and development sector. We have delivered and commissioned a custom-designed, 4-port HOGER glovebox, designed for demanding research processes, to the University of Silesia laboratory in Katowice.

The device is integrated with a freezer, allowing for safe work with materials requiring controlled temperature conditions. The design was fully customized to the needs of the research team, and the solutions implemented address the specific requirements of the research.

At the client’s request, the glovebox was equipped with a hydraulic bubbler-type overpressure valve. This solution, independent of the electrical power supply, ensures stable operating conditions and is characterized by exceptionally quiet operation. This allows users to comfortably conduct research without interference from additional system components.

Another important piece of equipment is a 40 cm wide ESD strip installed around the weighing station. Its purpose is to effectively eliminate electrostatic charges, increasing the safety of working with sensitive materials and improving the precision of laboratory operations.

This project for the University of Silesia in Katowice is another example of our experience in designing and manufacturing specialized gloveboxes tailored to the individual needs of laboratories, research and development units, and research centers. Each project is developed in close collaboration with end users, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the actual requirements of ongoing research processes.

We thank the University of Silesia in Katowice for their trust. We are pleased that HOGER technologies are supporting research conducted at one of Poland’s leading universities, and we wish the research team every success and breakthrough discoveries using our glovebox.
