TRANSFER ANTECHAMBERS
The standard glovebox is equipped with two transfer antechambers: small and large, which allow for safe insertion and removal of materials without disturbing the working atmosphere of the chamber.
Antechambers equipped with sliding trays installed on a bidirectional guide. The body of the antechambers is made of stainless steel EN 1.4301. Possibility of individual production, according to the customer’s needs.
LARGE TRANSFER ANTECHAMBER
- antechamber with a circular cross-section
- equipped with a pressure indicator, with a reading range from -1 to 0 bar
- automatic lock flushing activated from the control panel or manual by operating the three-way valve

TRANSFER ANTECHAMBER HEATING FUNCTION
Our transfer antechambers can be equipped with a heating function, which significantly expands their range of applications in processes requiring precise temperature control. The heating elements are installed under the sliding transfer tray, allowing for uniform heating of the space. The system provides a maximum heating temperature of up to 200°C, with the difference between the set and actual temperature not exceeding 1°C, thanks to the advanced PID controller, which precisely manages the heating process.
Current temperature values in the lock are monitored and displayed on the intuitive control panel, which allows for full control during operation. Additionally, the heating function can be used in the entire range of the antechambers permissible working pressure, from 0 to -1 bar, without affecting the temperature in the main working space of the box. This solution guarantees stable conditions in the chamber and flexibility in processes requiring precise thermal parameters.
BOX BODY
The body of our glove boxes is made of brushed stainless steel EN 1.4301, it ensures class I tightness, in accordance with the rigorous ISO 10648-2 and ISO 25412 standards, which guarantees minimal leakage of the system, amounting to ≤ 0.05% vol./h, in accordance with both ISO 10648-2 and ISO 25412 standards. Our design is also distinguished by its modularity, which allows for easy expansion of the system, adapting it to the changing needs of users. Thanks to this, you can easily adapt the box to the specific requirements of production or research processes, without having to replace the entire system.
To increase functionality and mobility, the box frame has been equipped with transport wheels, allowing easy movement of the device, and adjustable feet, which ensure stable and safe placement of the box in the place of use.

PURIFICATION UNIT
The system includes two regenerable filters: an oxygen and moisture filter and a volatile organic solvent (VOC) filter, which allows for effective removal of contaminants from the inside of the box. The filter regeneration process is fully automated and controlled by a PLC system, which ensures ease of use and minimizes the need for manual intervention.
FILTER 1 (REGENERATING OXYGEN AND MOISTURE FILTER):

- ability to purify inert gas from moisture (molecular sieve): min. 1750 g H2O
FILTER 2 (REGENERATING VOC FILTER)

- unit equipped with a by-pass: possibility of disconnection from the working gas circuit for the time of regeneration
Additionally, it is possible to expand the system with additional filters, adapting the unit to the specific needs of the user. Monitoring key parameters of the regeneration process guarantees reliability and precision of operation, and all system elements, including stainless steel piping EN 1.4301, are made of the highest quality materials, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
OXYGEN, MOISTURE and VOC SENSORS
Our offer also includes specialist oxygen, moisture and volatile organic compound (VOC) concentration sensors, which ensure precise control of the atmosphere inside the glovebox.

PROTECTIVE GLOVES
HOGER gloveboxes are equipped with the best quality protective gloves from German and French manufacturers. A wide range of available products allows you to select the right type of gloves, taking into account material compatibility, the geometry of the glove ports and the size of the gloves themselves.
SHELVES INSIDE THE BOX
Our gloveboxes are equipped with three rows of shelves, which are installed on the back wall, offering functionality and comfort of use. The shelves with a minimum depth of 200 mm have been designed for easy access, thanks to the use of bearing guides, which allow the shelves to be pulled out towards the user by a distance of at least 100 mm. Additionally, each shelf is equipped with a safety device that prevents it from being pulled out completely, ensuring safe use. The design of the shelves allows for a load of up to 10 kg, which makes them a practical solution for storing tools and materials necessary for work in the box.

BOX LIGHTING
HOGER gloveboxes are equipped with high-quality LED lighting, ensuring optimal working conditions in accordance with the standards for workstations. Thanks to energy-saving and durable light sources, the user is guaranteed excellent visibility in the workspace, which translates into comfort and safety of work.
Additionally, we offer the possibility of choosing the location of the light source – it can be installed both inside and outside the box, depending on individual preferences and the specifics of the process. This flexible solution allows you to adjust the lighting to the user’s requirements, ensuring full functionality and comfort.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
Our long-term partnerships allow us to offer our clients advanced solutions by integrating external manufacturers’ devices with HOGER gloveboxes. Thanks to this, the gloveboxes can be equipped with specialist devices such as:

ACRYLIC GLOVEBOXES
Acrylic glove boxes are a perfect solution for processes requiring reduced oxygen and moisture concentration.
High safety standards and stable atmospheric conditions allow the acrylic gloveboxes to be used as an advanced desiccator, e.g. in the pharmaceutical industry (storage of standards) and for work with highly hygroscopic substances.

SAFETY VALVE
- automatic overpressure compensation valve in the glovebox independent of the electrical power supply
- the valve also prevents unwanted pressure increases in the box, e.g. during temperature fluctuations and because the system used does not require power supply, it protects the glovebox and the materials contained in it from damage in the event of a power failure
We manufacture gloveboxes of our own design, which provide operators with safety during contact with harmful compounds, isolate sensitive materials from oxygen and moisture and protect the work environment from what is undesirable.
